RUSTIC HOLIDAY ACCOMODATION SET THE MINHO COUNTRYSIDE

Quinta da Breia is situated in the beautiful Lima valley, just a few Km from the market towns of Ponte de Lima, Arcos de Valdevez and Ponte da Barca in a region where summer days are long and pleasant. The house is situated within easy access for the Parque Nacional da Peneda-Gerês. The village of S. Paio de Jolda is in easy access of the motorway, the nearest exit only being 5 Km away, allowing you to enjoy the marvelous white sandy beaches of Viana do Castelo and the surrounding area of vineyard and pine forests.

In the main house Clotilde and Augusto Pinto Osório live with their children (Clotilde, José Nicolau, Ana and Augusto II).

Close by to the main house is the old anexe wich has now been renovated into 3 delightful cottages wich are available to rent for holidays.

Outside is a small fountain where you can hear the sound of water gently falling into the pond, giving a sense of natural peace and calm. In this area you can enjoy breakfast served at tables shaded by umbrellas

There is a small swimming pool where parents can relax, with the knowledge they can see their children play.

You can enjoy fresh grilled fish or meat on the small barbecue, enjoyed with a glass of Vinho Verde. All of wich compliment Al Fresco living.

Crossing the apple orchard you will arrive at the swimming pool wich allows the sun rays to gently warm the water of the pool to a temperature between 25 and 28ºC.

Casinha da Torre - comprises of two floors the upstairs living area as a small fully equipped kitchenette anf a television. A small veranda allows you to enjoy the peaceful views. Dowstairs is a twin bedroom with bathroom and french windows.

Casinha da Bica - entering the living area with television, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette you find ajoined to it a twin bedroom with bathroom.

Casinha do Terraço - is the largest of the properties.Upstairs is a well equipped kitchen with hob and oven, fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen still contains the original fire place and old bread oven wich gives a feel of authenticity. Here you can enjoy your meals in peaceful surroundings. The sitting room contains a sofa bed and television. Also located on the upper floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower). On the ground floor is one twin bedroom with bathroom.
